Is it weird that I actually look forward to winter? I'm not sure what it is, but I love crisp winter days (and lets be real, we are really lucky in Brisbane to have beautiful sunny winter days). One thing is for sure though - the flu season scares me. I don't have time to be sick, so making sure I strengthen my immune system is key around my winter diet.
